European SprayDry Technologies have recently completed the installation of a tall form spray dryer with high pressure nozzle atomisation for a UK client specialising in the manufacture of vegetable based proteins. The system included feed balance tanks, high pressure pump & feed valve skid, high pressure nozzle atomisation, tall form spray drying chamber, high efficiency powder recovery cyclone, wet scrubber particulate abatement, chemical bottle explosion protection and a stainless steel support / access structure.
