ESDT 10 Pilot Scale Spray Dryer
The model ESDT10 is a versatile pilot scale spray dryer which helps to bridge the gap between the product development orientated ESDT5 and the larger models in the ESDT pilot scale range.
Sharing the same DNA as all of the ESDT pilot scale spray dryer model range in respect of both aesthetics, technology, performance and reliability.
Requiring minimal mechanical installation and a simple set up involving connection to electrical and compressed air utilities prior to commencement of production activities.
The ESDT10 is offered as standard in a food grade finish although a pharmaceutical grade option is available.

Standard finish comprises of 316 stainless steel product contact surfaces and 304 stainless steel support frame.
PLC controlled with a multi-position HMI screen allowing complete control and monitoring of the spray drying process.
The control system is touch screen based with a highly functional and multi-layer design which facilitates programmable set points and alarms.
