COUNTER CURRENT FLOW CHAMBER
Counter Current Spray Drying Systems are used for the production of non sensitive materials and offer very high efficiency and lower residence times.
Often used in chemical production where high inlet temperatures can be utilised.
The hot air enters the chamber from the bottom of the cylindrical section and is drawn upward exiting from the top of the chamber
The feed is atomised directly into the hot air stream for prolonged exposure to the hot air.
Once atomised the material progresses down the chamber exiting from the base of the unit.
